by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Performed in German
Goethe's "Faust" performed by only four actors? Büchner's "Lenz" or E.T.A. Hoffmann's "Der Sandmann" with a single chair on stage? And all of this in a singular, self-contained white space? Perhaps even in a "White Boxx"? Come along and let yourself be surprised!
In cooperation with the Drama department of the Wiesbaden State Theatre, JUST now brings an unconventional adaptation of a well-known classic to the stage every season.
We start with one of the most important masterworks of the German literature, "Faust, the tragedy. Part 1". For this, director-actor Tom Gerber has prepared an exciting modern-day adaptiaion of the work, which he will bring to life on the Studio stage with the help of three other actors.
