Mirko Roschkowski

Born in Dortmund, Mirko Roschkowski’s first engagements took him to Düsseldorf and Bonn (“Rusalka” and “Benvenuto Cellini”, amongst others), after which he guested at the Volksoper in Vienna, in Dresden, Berlin (Staatsoper and Komische Oper), Stuttgart, Cologne, Leipzig and Moerbisch. His repertoire includes Mozart roles such as Titus, Mitridate, Tamino (“Zauberflöte”), Belmonte (“Die Entführung aus dem Serail”), as well as Don José (“Carmen”), Alfredo (“La traviata”), Lenski (“Eugene Onegin”), the Prince (“The Love for Three Oranges”) and Faust (Gounod). Following his previous Wiesbaden appearances as Belmonte and Boris in “Katya Kabanova”, he returns this season in the title role of "Jephtha", as well as reprising Boris in "Katya Kabanova".
