Since then, a busy freelance career has taken her to opera houses in Madrid, Amsterdam, Paris, Vienna, Strasbourg, Hannover, Cologne and to the Baroque and Early Music Festivals in Karlsruhe, Innsbruck, Schwetzingen and Göttingen. She made her debut in Salzburg as Aspasia (Mozart's "Mitridate") under Marc Minkowski and appeared as First Flowermaiden in "Parsifal" at the Bayreuth Festival. Other pivotal coloratura roles include Konstanze ("Die Entfühung aus dem Serail" at Vienna's Volksoper and Bregenz), Alcina (Stuttgart State Opera), Fiordiligi ("Così van tutte") and the four female roles ("Tales of Hoffmann", Bonn Opera). Netta Or has worked with well-know conductors such as Marc Minkowski, Daniele Callegari, Hartmut Haenchen, Thomas Hengelbrock, Alexander Joel, Diego Fasolis, Jean-Christophe Spionsi and Bruno Weil.
After making her Wiesbaden debut as Rosalinde in "Die Fledermaus", she returned to the stage as Donna Anna in "Don Giovanni" during the 2017/18 season. This season, she reprises her role as Donna Anna and will also grace the stage as Elettra in Uwe Eric Laufenberg's new production of "Idomeneo".
