Marc Weeger

Stage & Costume Designer
Marc Weeger was a student of Jürgen Rose and has designed productions for directors like Andrea Breath in Berlin (“Wozzeck”), Brussels (“Katja Kabanova”), Amsterdam (Prokoviev’s “The Gambler”) and Salzburg (“Eugene Onegin), as well as Christof Nel in Munich (Henze’s “Drei Einakter”) and at Cardiff’s Millennium Centre (“Nabucco). He has also worked regularly with director Tatjana Gürbaca, on productions such as Schreker’s “Der ferne Klang” (The Distant Sound) in Mannheim, “Der fliegende Holländer” (Deutsche Oper Berlin), “Eugene Onegin” (Antwerp) and “Un ballo in maschera” (Mainz). In Wiesbaden, he designed the sets and costumes for “L'elisir d'amore” in Wiesbaden alongside Silke Willrett.
