It's that time again! In August 2016, the Wiesbaden Biennale will showcase theatre and performance works of some of Europe's most exciting young avant-garde artists. The spirit of awakening, heated debate, exhilarating theatre and international flair will drift through the City of Wiesbaden for ten days. The full festival programme is being kept carefully under wraps by the curators until its official publication in April, but if you simply cannot wait until then, there is a solution! Many artists are already working on their projects in Wiesbaden and the preparations are in full swing. Are you curious and fancy an inspiring evening, delivered straight to your door?
Play host to the Biennale and invite the curators and artists for a home visit!
Invite 10 to 15 of your best or most curious friends to your home. You might also want to have some wine and a snack or two on hand - the choice is yours.
Then, let us know when it best suits you and your friends, and our two Biennale curators, Martin Hammer and Maria Magdalena Ludewig, will come over to your home. They might even bring along a surprise guest.
They will provide insight into their work, pique your interest in the guest productions and new projects, talk about their research trips, wild projects and ideas, as well as answering any questions you might have. They are also sure to provide one or the other exclusive insider tip!
An evening filled with anticipation and exciting prospects for you and your friends!
