Lena Kunz studied Theatre Studies and Art History in Mainz, as well as Dance at the Centre of Contemporary Dance in Cologne. She has held a teaching position at the cultural institution "Seneca Intensiv" in Berlin since 2017 and teaches dance history in various continuing education programmes. Since graduating, she has been active in numerous interdisciplinary projects on the independent dance scene, such as "City Dance Köln 2016" under the direction of Stephanie Thiersch, and "Feldstärke", an interdisciplinary platform for art students initiated by PACT Zollverein Essen. In 2019, she collaborated with Hannah Krebs at the tanzhaus nrw "Now & Next" residence in Düsseldorf. Lena took up the position of Production Manager at the Hessian State Ballet in the 2019/20 season.
