Radoslava Vorgic

Serbian soprano Radoslava Vorgic studied in her home country, as well as at the Mainz University of Music. She was a member of the "Youth Ensemble" at the Mainz State Theatre, where she performed roles such as Lucia in "The Rape of Lucretia", Armida in "Rinaldo", Abel in "Il primo omicidio" (Scarlatti) and Tancredi in "La Gerusalemme liberata« (Pallavicino). She made her debut in 2012 as Coscoletto in Offenbach's operetta by the same name at the Landestheater Rudolstadt, where she also sang the role of Flaminia in "Il mondo della luna" (Haydn). Radoslava Vorgic has been an ensemble member of the "New Belgrade Opera" since 2015. She has worked with the State Philharmonic of Rheinland-Pfalz, the ODEON Youth Orchestra, the Neumeyer Consort, the New Trinity Baroque, as well as Ensemble Sarband. She has received master classes from Andreas Scholl, Cheryl Studer, Wolfgang Katschner, Ton Koopman und Gerd Uecker. She has won prizes at the Neustadt International Singing Course, at the Saarbrücken TAMIS Competition and is a scholarship holder of the Walter-Kaminsky Foundation. In Wiesbaden, she has appeared as Giuditta in "La Giuditta" (Scarlatti) and as Maria Bellacanta in the JUST production "Hexe Hillary geht in die Oper. In 2017/18, she graced the stage as one of the 3 Women in Søren Nils Eichberg's world premiere opera "Schönerland". This season, she returns to Wiesbaden as Lap Dancer 1 in in the new production of "Anna Nicole".
