"Now, Karl, let's go on a journey you'll never forget."

In order to comfort his terminally ill brother, Jonatan tells Karl about the beautiful cherry valley of Nangijala, a land in which they will meet again one day in the afterlife. But then, the unthinkable happens: Jonatan is killed trying to save his brother from a house fire. Karl is devastated and has only one wish: to follow his brother to Nangijala as soon as possible. Once there, little Karl is boisterously happy for the first time, that is, until Jonatan tells him - despite first appearances - all is not well in Nangijala. Assisted by his fierce army and a female dragon called Katla, a tyrant named Tengil is turning the people of the cherry valley into his slaves. Jonatan decides to join the resistance movement and little Karl overcomes his fears to assist his beloved brother. Together, they bravely join the fight, lion hearts beating in their chests!
