Jasper H. Hanebuth

Born in Hannover, Jasper H. Hanebuth trained as a musical performer and dancer in Hamburg and in England as a scholarship holder at the London Studio Centre. Various artistic engagements have already taken him to Tokyo, where he performed for Disney musicals, and he has also worked as a background dancer for Barbara Schöneberger, Beatrice Egli and Ella Endlich. As a member of the German Television Ballet he performed in various TV productions, stage shows and tours. In Barrie Kosky's "Carmen" (Frankfurt) he danced as a swing dancer and was engaged in Paris as a dancer at the "Lido de Paris" as well as the "Moulin Rouge". At the Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden he took part in numerous productions, for example as Hermann in "Cabaret", Craker in "Oryx and Crake" and Leopold in "Der Rosenkavalier". In addition, he regularly works as Dance Captain and Choreography Assistant.
