Gisela Reinhold

Gisela Reinhold was a first violinist in the Hessian State Orchestra of Wiesbaden and violin lecturer at the Peter Cornelius Conservatory in Mainz until 2014. She has completed numerous advanced courses in music education for children (with Christian Schruff and Royston Maldoom, amongst others) and organised many children’s concerts and projects at the Peter Cornelius Conservatory. She was co-founder of the Wiesbaden State Theatre’s “Spiel & Musik” and “Orchester trifft Schule” series and from 2006 to 2014 regularly led musical improvisation groups as part of the citywide “move@school” education project. In addition, she has also contributed to the annual School Theatre Days.
