Each day the session will include a warm-up class followed by movement research. Students, pre-professionals, and dance enthusiasts are all welcome. This workshop aims to bring the pleasure of dance to everyone. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises and prompts to learn what the body is capable of and appreciate how that can make us feel – new, empowered, and alive. Following class, we will learn some phrase-work to apply these sensations and ideas to our expressive and individual form.
