Silke Willrett

Silke Willrett was a Stage Design student of Jürgen Rose and also studied Art History at the Stuttgart Academy of Fine Arts. As freelance designer, she regularly works at the opera houses in Frankfurt, Zurich and Amsterdam. She has worked with directors such as Andrea Breth, Christof Nel and Tatjana Gürbaca at the Deutsche Oper Berlin (“Der fliegende Holländer”), Mainz State Theatre (“Manon”), in Düsseldorf (“Moses und Aron” and “Salome”), and Zurich (“Aida” and “Rigoletto”). In Wiesbaden, she designed the sets and costumes for “L'elisir d'amore” in Wiesbaden alongside Marc Weeger.
