Fassaden

What can the architecture of a building tell us about the people who inhabit it? Do we adopt the facades of the buildings around us? Where do we feel a sense of belonging or alienation, and what should democratic meeting places in a city actually look like? During this site-specific walk, the audience will discover the rehearsal spaces, workshops and stages of the State Theatre from a new perspective. "Fassaden" will feature texts and music by Wiesbaden composer-in-residence Dariya Maminova, while Elli Neubert, director of the experimental venue "Tischlerei" at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, completes her directing studies at the HfMT Hamburg with this production.
