Buddenbrooks | Special Pre-performance Talk

John von Düffel, author of the stage adaptation of Thomas Mann's "Buddenbrooks", will be our guest on 12 July 2015 at 15:00 in the Foyer of the Großes Haus, where he will enter into conversation with Uwe Eric Laufenberg. Before the 16:00 performance in the Kleines Haus, author and director will discuss the piece, Thomas Mann, focus areas of the stage adaptation and the challenges of directing a family epic. This special pre-performance talk is free of charge and open to everyone, whether attending the subsequent performance of the play or not.
