  • Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday 10:00 - 14:00

Telephonic assistance is offered Tuesday to Fridays from mid-October to the end of April between 10:00 - 17:00. During the winter months, all subscription-related matters can be attended to at the Box Office in the Großes Haus (Main Theatre).
