The ghost of an old woman appears in the darkness of an attic: Hannelore Oehmichen-Marschall, co-founder of the Augsburger Puppenkiste, guides us as if in a dream through the history of her life, her theatre and Germany from National Socialism to the so-called "economic miracle". In "Herzfaden", Moritz Sostmann brings together actors, lifelike puppets and well-known wooden marionettes from the beloved Puppenkiste on an equal footing. A homage to a very special form of theatre.
