Let’s Misbehave!

One of the most sough-after classical stars on the circuit today, Czech mezzo-soprano Magdalena Kožená describes listening to Cole Porter's songs as one of her "musical guilty pleasures". In 2017, she made her first foray into the realms of light music, with the release of her acclaimed album entitled "Cole Porter", together with Ondřej Havelka & His Melody Makers, the Czech Republic's leading swing band. Her programme in Wiesbaden includes a selection of popular Porter songs, as well as evergreens from other swing legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Ava Gardner, including titles such as "Night and Day", "Love for Sale", "Let's Misbehave" and "I've Got You Under My Skin." *
