The City of Wiesbaden's new decree prohibiting events with more than 50 participants has brought about a new challenge for the Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden. As a result, our regular performance schedule has been adjusted.

All performances up to and including 4 September 2020 have been postponed; replacement dates will be announced at a later stage. From 5 to 20 September 2020, we will present an amended substitute programme. With special permission from the Wiesbaden Health Authority, we are still able to welcome up to 200 guests in the Großes Haus and 60 in the Kleines Haus.

Our subscribers will be given booking priority and are requested to contact the Subscriptions Office or Box Office from 15:00 onwards on Friday with their rebooking requests.

Advance booking will begin at 15:00 on Friday, 28 August 2020.

Refund Processing Procedures
Tickets do not automatically retain their validity and must be exchanged or refunded. Those who have already purchased tickets may apply for a refund or exchange their tickets for a credit voucher (valid for 3 years). Shipping costs are considered third-party services and cannot be refunded.

You may download the Refund Request form below and email it back to vorverkauf@staatstheater-wiesbaden.de.
All visitors who purchased tickets anonymously (i.e. without personal bank details), via credit card or PayPal are asked to kindly contact the Box Office or relevant provider where they purchased the tickets. This may also be done telephonically – please have your ticket / order number at hand.
