As part of the measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus, all regular performances up to the end of the 2019/20 season were cancelled.
What is the plan for the upcoming 2020/21 season?
We hope to start the new season in August, as planned. However, this largely depends on a number of crucial pending state policies and regulations. Should anything change at the start of the new season, we will of course inform you via the usual channels.

Refund Processing Procedures
Tickets do not automatically retain their validity and must be exchanged or refunded.
Those who have already purchased tickets may apply for a refund or exchange their tickets for a credit voucher (valid for 3 years)
. Shipping costs are considered third-party services and cannot be refunded.

All visitors who purchased tickets anonymously (i.e. without personal bank details), via credit card or PayPal
are asked to kindly contact the Box Office or relevant provider where they purchased the tickets. This may also be done telephonically – please have your ticket / order number at hand.
Should you hold a group booking

will automatically receive an exchange voucher which will be valid until July 2022 and kept on file at the Box Office. Subscribers may contact the Subscriptions Office
